NEXBRIDGE’s Regulated Issuance Process
A complete framework for compliant tokenization

1. Selection & Structuring
We bring high-quality, publicly listed investments on-chain—offering regulated, familiar opportunities to digital investors.
The product suite expands with specialized exposures not yet available in traditional markets.
Each instrument is built with strong governance, clear investor documentation, and third-party certification ahead of public regulatory approval.
We also structure custom instruments for partners looking to tokenize specific assets.

2. Primary Issuance & Approval
After certification and regulatory approval, NexBridge selects regulated exchanges and trading platforms for the primary issuance phase.
Once the minimum subscription threshold is met, tokens are formally issued—fully backed by the approved underlying exposure and governed by a transparent legal framework with public documentation.

3. Distribution & Liquidity
Issued tokens are traded on regulated exchanges & other trading platforms, providing broad market access.
Secondary market trading enables supply to adapt dynamically to investor demand. Our licensed OTC Desk offers tailored execution for larger institutional blocks (coming soon).
Depending on the platform, investors may access dynamic subscription and redemption options—from instant atomic swaps for real-time settlement to scheduled redemption windows processed within standard clearing periods—ensuring liquidity for both large and small transactions.
